We offer single sessions or 3- and 6-month coaching packages for individuals or teams, with the option to extend month-to-month. Each engagement includes a kickoff strategy session, biweekly 60–75-minute meetings, between-session support, targeted tools (stakeholder input/360s as appropriate), and a capstone impact review.

We gather focused insights from peers, direct reports, and sponsors (lite pulse or full 360).
